Taos Union Who Should Buy1

Same brand only

Taos Unions are women’s sneakers with a size range that runs from 6 to 11. The sizing is reportedly accurate, and the fit is snug but not tight. The shoes utilize side zippers for easy on-and-off access, but a lace-up system allows the user to tighten or loosen the fit as she likes.

These kicks come with footbeds that are highly supportive of the arches, but it’s not a problem if you’ve got flat feet. The footbeds are removable.

Style of the Taos Union

Unions have a snappy style that balances between edgy and classic. The side zippers give it a current look while the rest of the shoes give the whole a vintage and elegant feel. There are currently three shades available. Taos Union shoes come in black, cloud grey, and stone leather.

A few users claimed these kicks pair well with anything short of formal disarray, and they would be right. With such a versatile look, you can switch styles from edgy to sweet to sophisticated by simply changing your outfit but without changing your footwear.

Notable features

Many have cited the shoes’ cushioned Curves and Pods footbeds as the main reason why they loved the kicks so much. These not only support the arches, but they are also supportive of the heels by providing stability and balance. They also help alleviate pressure on the balls of the feet.

Taos Union Features1

The curves in the footbeds hug the contours of the feet for better comfort while the pods under give ample shock absorption. These are also given the SILVADUR antimicrobial shield treatment which effectively controls bacteria that may cause odor.

Taos Union Features2

Insufficient ball area cushioning

Taos was launched in 2005, initially selling as a sandal range. They have since evolved into producing ballet flats, oxfords, cleats, and lately, sneakers to which Taos Union shoes belong.

Taos Union History1

The design is heavily influenced by their Taos, New Mexico roots, which are deeply steeped in artisan heritage. This shows up through the touches of embroidery, traces of metal, and hints of nature that you can acquit in their products.

Taos Union History4

Taos believes that comfort should be built from the inside out. The very thing that sets them apart, aside from their stylish designs, is their anatomical footbeds that provide support and comfort with every step.
