Garmont’s Dragontail LT GTX carries a tri-microporous rubber midsole. This unit is able to provide resistance against compression. It is made up of three parts. A medium-density foam that optimizes comfort and absorbs shock, a firm-density material (placed underneath the heel) that grants stability, and a compressed foam (situated at the toe) that ensures low compression.

The Dragontail LT GTX approach shoe has a lace-to-toe closure, granting its wearer optimal fit management. It is comprised of seven sets of metal eyelets and a pair of webbing loops. The latter is also part of the brand’s heel lock feature that prevents slippage and blisters. Lastly, loops are attached at the back of the shoe and top of the tongue, permitting quick donning and doffing.
