eS Accel OG Clarks Sandford is wide-foot friendly. Trigenic Flex is also a relatively cheaper alternative with soles that don’t get dirty easily.

Clarks Sandford is wide-foot friendly

Many testers confirmed that the sneaker runs wide. An expert noted that they are “a little bit roomy.” Another reviewer agreed to say that the kicks have “more than enough room in the toe.” According to one sneakerhead, they have plenty of room in the front, so if you have narrow feet, going down half a size is advised. “Stick with your true size if you have wide feet,” they continued. “These are very very comfortable,” an expert reviewer quipped. “Comfort level feels outstanding,” said another expert sneakerhead. One tester noted that the insoles are super comfy. According to another sneaker fan, the sock liner has a very soft feel too. “These were very comfortable upon the first time wearing,” said one reviewer. “Super soft to walk in.”

Premium quality materials and top-notch craftsmanship

Fans are praising the premium feel of the Sandford non-stop. “This is definitely a fierce sneaker that is executed perfectly,” an expert remarked. The feel is top-notch and good quality, they added. Additionally, they noted that the materials are super soft. “The craftsmanship is amazing,” they reported.

Another expert reviewer also praised the sneaker by saying that the upper feels “super, super premium.” “I really have zero complaints about the details,” they added, “even the stitching is really nice.”

The rubber crepe sole is great but grimes quickly

According to a reviewer, the soles of Clarks Sandford are thicker compared to the Wallabees. It feels great and also makes them feel tall, they noted. One tester also noted that the crepe sole gives the needed bounce to the sneaker.

However, many testers warned that the outsole and the midsoles get dirty quickly. “After my first 3 hours of wearing them, the bottoms were completely black,” reported one reviewer. Another user expressed that the sole is difficult to clean.

A sneakerhead noted commented that “there’s a lot going on with these joints.” The silhouette looks really classy, said one tester. Many reviewers also mentioned that the silhouette is similar to Air Force 1 sneakers. An expert explained that the toebox is pretty similar to the AF1 but with fewer perforations. Another expert agreed by noting that “they have an Air Force vibe but with premium materials and a slightly different cut overall.”

Get your money’s worth with the Sandford

With a price tag of $220, many reviews can’t deny that Clarks Sandford is quite expensive. But with the premium quality and look of the sneaker, many reviewers agree that the price is justified. “For $220, this is what you should get,” a reviewer said. “This is how your shoes should be,” they added. According to another tester, the kick is “the kind of stuff that they charge premium prices for.” In comparison, the average cost of Clarks sneakers in the Stefoy-les-lyonShops database is $127.

Additionally, the Sandford comes with a total of three (yes, three!) pairs of laces. There are flat and rope lace options for you to mix and match. It also includes two wooden shoe trees. “When you paid extra money, you get a lot of cool things like this,” one reviewer noted.
