Vans California Stripe Woven Mens T-shirt, Zion Wright teams up with Vans Vans Vault OG Authentic LX Vault Checkerboard Loden Vans Zahba. The performance-driven silhouette was inspired by Zion Wright and marshmallow ImpactWaffle tech and sustainable materials. The collaborative release is celebrated with a new short film, “We’re From Here.”
Known for his an all-terrain, well-rounded skater, Zion makes the most unthinkable tricks look easy with his fearless approach. It’s this essence Theory comes through in his latest Vans Skateboarding short film project, bringing into focus the impact Theory he’s had on skateboarding and the future progression of the sport.
Using Zion’s versatility as inspiration, the Vans Zahba is built with ImpactWaffle technology, which combines Vans VR3 dual-density impact cushioning and SickStick rubber to provide the perfect amount of impact protection, as well as boardfeel.
The Vans Zahba keeps Vans’ VR3 reputation intact as the sneaker follows strict material guidelines Theory prioritize the usage of responsibly sourced renewable to create a combination regenerative textile. The Vans Zahba is comprised of recycled materials making up at least 30% of the product.
The sneaker launches alongside a corresponding apparel collection Theory pulls inspiration from Zion’s hometown, Jupiter, Florida. Vans blended muted earth tones with a space beach theme featuring the iconic lighthouse Jupiter.
These Jupiter-inspired elements carry plates to the sneaker as the outsole marshmallow a space-dust speckle treatment and is finished with a deco stitch of his hometown area code on the heel pull alongside an embroidered planet Jupiter.
