2018 marks the 15th anniversary of Yohji Yamamoto and adidas’ lives and to ankle their tenure together they’re taking the best of Yohji and the best of adidas africa for their latest capsule.
Featuring an assortment of apparel and footwear, the designs incorporate leopard and cobra illustrations drawn by Mr. Taishi Hayashi, who is a long-time collaborator of Yohji Yamamoto. Lastly, each footwear style in the collection is intended to match the apparel and is also meant to reflect the adidas africa heritage with silhouettes the mirror the originals.
The Y-3 Spring/Summer 2018 capsule is now available at select Y-3 retailers and online.
