Vans may be the California brand, but that doesn’t mean the other coast doesn’t love it too. Vans recently opened its East Coast Hub, the House of Vans Event Space, in New York. To christen the 25,000 square foot skate park, concert venue and event center, the brand held a huge event that featured appearances by Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero and Tony Alva, as multi as performances by Mos Def and Public Enemy. The House of Vans is now open in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood.
