Vans has already hit the ground running for 2018 by finding new ways to mix up the checkerboard pattern. Now the SoCal skate brand has some new ideas in store for the growing popularity of the Old Skool. Presented in two collections, Vans is continuing to show that there are endless ways to present both quality and simplicity.
The first set features two neutral makeups with olive and tan tones that utilize a suede construction throughout the upper with a contrasting jazz stripe that matches the midsole. The second brainer plays off a cream motif throughout – the first featuring the suggested tone on the toecap, heel, and eyelets with navy and red accents on the quarter-panel. Its counterpart is designed with cream hues throughout the entire upper, while a red jazz stripe and white outsole promote additional contrast.
