Every detail was carefully thought out to capture the essence and emotion of the pivotal “Bluff” moment in Phil Ivey’s career. The color palette was inspired by the blue shirt Ivey was wearing, down to the last details of the brown leather trim of the poker table and the poker chips stacked in his surroundings– there are visual cues throughout the silhouette. Smooth brown and blue leather wrap the upper portion of the sneaker, fastened together with red laces and stitching throughout. The final poker hand of both Phil Ivey and his opponent, Tom Dwan, are subtly stitched into the backside of the tongue. A laser-engraved token labeled “The Bluff” highlights the key skill that overtook the game, essentially changing the trajectory of Phil’s career.
The sneaker and NFT are now live and available to the public by auction for 7 placa via Moments Auction website, and ends this coming Thursday, November 4 at 9 PM PST. The current bid at the time of writing sits at $69.722.71 USD.
