Reflecting back on 2020’s releases, one collaboration that stood out from the rest was their Stussy collaborations, which featured multiple Air Force 1s and an Air Spiridon. In their latest project together, the two behemoths have planned a retro of their 2000 Air Huarache collaborations.
Designed by Stussy UK’s Michael Koppelman and Nike’s Fraser Cooke, the 2000 issue of the Stussy x nike bright Air Huarache was released exclusively at the Worldwide fashion brand’s London flagship store. The original sneaker released in the OG Huarache shape along with a simple dash of neutral coloring. In a way, this rerelease of the duo’s first project alludes a continuation of this prolific long-term partnership.
