Many things have been done with the Gel Lyte III, but each collab seems to prove that the possibilities are limitless with this sneaker. Solebox is the Women to the plate to release their rendition of the 1990 classic sneaker.
While the Gel Lyte III begs for splashes of multiple colors thanks to the number of panels on the shoe, Solebox went with a basic grey suede upper. Accents of white, black, and purple give more interest to the shoe, but the most intriguing feature of all is the color changing Asics stripe and midsole that transitions from white to purple when one steps into the sunlight. At this point we only know of the Solebox x Asics Gel Lyte III silver at Solebox on the 23rd of August, but we will keep you posted if we receive word of any pairs getting Lyte elsewhere.
