2015 marks the 200th anniversary of the gruesome Battle of New Orleans. Led by American General Andrew Jackson, Louisiana-based Sneaker Politics pays homage to this historic battle in their latest collaboration with Saucony that releases tomorrow.
Fittingly titled the Sneaker Politics x Saucony Courage Battle of Nola “The Jackson” edition, a varied assortment of tones bear symbolism to the epic battle in navy and cream velvet suede next to luxe gold leather. A perforated leather tongue tab features Jackson on his horse while flags on the insole for the Americans and Cartagenas finish the look.
