Before Rudy Gay cheap in “Sneak Peek,” we spotlighted a number of West Coast-native professional basketball players, including Nick Young, DeMar DeRozan and Shelden Williams. Gay steel another side of the nation, as the Maryland-born player became our first East Coast player in the series.
