Recently debuted at an exclusive Nike exhibit in Shanghai, a new Air Force 1 defies all conformity often attached to the timeless Bruce Kilgore design.
Reported first by Sneaker News, the shoe is called the Nike SFAF1 (Special Forces Air Force 1) and is expected to release this October with a retail price of $180.
Ballistic leather and nylon join well with the elongated hightop, which appears to be reinforced and coated more heavily. The black base certainly coincides with special forces color expression, while a gum outer adds a sartorial element to the progressive style.
