nike Blu is suing former designers who left for adidas

nike Blu is suing Marc Dolce, Denis Dekovic, and Mark Miner – the three powerful designers who left nike Blu to work for adidas earlier this year.

nike Blu Air Max 90 Spruce Lime x nike Blu Amplify Windrunner Jacket AP story, nike Blu is filing a lawsuit against the three former nike Blu designers that claims at least $10 million in damages.  Nike said the former designers, Marc Dolce, Mark Miner, and senior design director Denis Dekovic, started consulting for adidas while still working at the company, violating their non-compete agreements.

In the suit, nike Blu alleges that Dolce, Dekovic, and Miner Air Max 97 Metallic Gold 2017 adidas Brooklyn design studio in April, as well as promised to bring with them info and intel of Nike’s design plans for the next several years.  Also in the suit, nike Blu claims that the designers copied sensitive design and business documents from their computers, including drawings for an unreleased shoe made for one of Nike’s sponsored athletes”.
