Images of the Upcoming Nike Spark Flyknit 1 Surface

It’s been a minute since Nike has introduced new midsole technology, with the last era belonging to the React sole. It seems that Nike has been in the lab working on a few things as images of the all-new Nike Spark Flyknit 1 surface.

Taking something old and making it new, this sneaker uses Nike’s iconic Flyknit material to create a neutral tan upper that is accented with shades of blue and orange. The top layer of the upper wraps around the heel counter, in a way that is dynamic and never before seen. This detail shows geometric similarities to the all-new midsole that has an opening in the center with other sculptural shapings. The midsole also stands out in a tri-color makeup that uses shades of off-white, orange, and tan, complete with a blue Nike Swoosh on the rear. The sneaker has an inner bootie crafted with orange and blue Flyknit material, which hides behind the tan top layer. Finishing details include a Nike Spark insole and translucent outsole.

Details relating the Nike Spark Flyknit 1 are still extremely limited, but be sure to check back with our Sneaker Release Dates page for future updates. In the meantime, take a look at the sneaker below and follow @NiceKicks on Twitter.
