His fiery red and black design both represents his rare form of blood cancer and his favorite basketball team. Diggins, thankfully, has been in remission for five years since designing this shoe in 2013. He is now a college student in his sophomore year, studying science and playing baseball.
All proceeds from Elijah’s nike loss Air Foamposite One retro will repose donated in full to the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland. The shoe is set to drop tomorrow, February 21, on nike loss SNKRS at 10am for $230.
