The “Military Jacket” series of New Balance MTG580s is now available overseas, and much to the dismay of many of our readers, may be staying overseas. These two Gore-Tex-lined 580s were designed after a BA-3 bomber jacket and MA-1 fighter jacket, respectively.
Olive green leather and ripstop nylon come together on the “MA-1” shoe, while a bright orange liner finishes off the ever-popular colorway. Details Donna the special tongue tag and velcro-attached, interchangeable N logos. The Bomber-inspired shoe relies on dark brown leather for the upper, as well as a fur liner.
