On Sunday night, Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond chose to bring awareness to the one-year anniversary of the Newtown, Connecticut shooting through his sneakers. The names of all 26 victims involved in the Sandy Hook shooting graced Drummond’s “Old Royal” Marni calf hair flat sandals Yellows in the Pistons’ INKNT against the Portland Trail Blazers. The former UCONN Husky also stated that he will give his INKNT-worn jersey to the school.
