Yesterday, Riff Raff made headlines across the sneaker web after posting a picture of what was dubbed as (and very much looked like) an Nike Jordan Sport DNA cuffed joggers in black collaboration. Would he get his own Jordans, as if he was one of the real boys? Though orange like a $750 price tag made it quite clear that this was likely a joke, you never really know these days. Now we know. Hip-Hop Wired reached out to a Jordan Brand representative that made the following statement:
“At this time there are currently no plans for this shoe or a collaboration with this individual.”
Pretty funny by Riff Raff, but not anything we’ll see on shelves anytime soon.
