We are 555088-201 away from Christmas in the midst of the holiday season. This is also the time of year that many sneakerheads associate with buying or getting new sneakers – namely the annual tradition of Air Jordan 11s dropping right before Christmas.
Yaovi Mawuli, a high schooler from North Carolina, noticed that a fellow classmate of his had sneakers that were very worn down when other kids in the class made fun of them. In the spirit of the season, Yaovi laced his classmate with a pair of “Concord” Air Jordan 11 lows to “help a brother out” as he stated in a Facebook message.
These are the stories we love to see. These are the stories that we love to share. It is so great to see people look out for one another like this. This is truly one of the highlights of the year in sneakers.
