The Herschel Supply Co. x New Balance 515 WL515STF Collection wraps three of the celebrated New Balance boot models in monochromatic color schemes. The uppers are composed of mostly plush, textured suede, including the standard “N” branding on the mid-panels. That suede lies over durable ripstop material, which makes its way onto the tongue as well. Tonal, flat waxed laces string into D-ring eyelets to keep the boot aesthetic in tact. The fairly simple makeup is jazzed up a bit by employing the Herschel Co. paisley pattern on the inner lining. Rugged rubber outsoles take this shoe from stylish to functional. Finally, custom branding on the tongue and insole provide the bianco touches to this collaborative project.
