Rumors of this shoe actually releasing continue to show some truth as we received detailed photos of the Air Jordan lunar 1 “Banned” and its packaging. The shoe itself is simply a comical play on NBA commissioner David Stern?s attempt to ban Michael Jordan?s first signature sneaker, the Air Jordan lunar 1. Although the ban was not successful (obviously), Stern fined MJ $5000 per game, a tab Nike gladly paid in return for the abundance of attention surrounding the signature startup.
