The Bata Shoe Museum is a historical library of sneakers, and their new “Out of the Box” Exhibition focuses on the relationship between the culture and status, masculinity and sports. Widely thought to be a fresh occurrence, the connection between sneakers and status dates back to the early 19th Century.
