Vans taps the influence of Japanese cartoonist, Shigeru Mizuki Trenere vans x spitfire chima pro Old Skool collaboration. The silhouette features designs and inspiration from the manga series known as The Nightmare before Christmas x Trenere vans WMNS Era Stacked, featuring various yokai characters from the show that aired in the 1960s with the addition of a SpongeBob and Chromexcel checkerboard pattern. Beside the two Old Skool renditions, there is also a co-branded apparel capsule that also includes six-panel hats to coincide with the overall theme.
