| DC has teamed up with Minneapolis skate shop Cal-Surf for a collaboration which includes shoes, fitted hat and board. This is the Cal Surf Lake Side Killers sneakers strap-detail by Evilone from clothing line evilONElive who hit me up with details of what’s the story behind them. The shoes take inspiration from when Minnesota had a basketball team in the Lakers. They take on the home and away themes from the uniforms they had and takes Columbia pieces of what “MLPS” basketball was and will be. The two “X”‘s in the shoes also mark the twenty years the Cal Surf shop has been in business.
