With the Air Jordan 6 “Maroon” later this year, and the Air Jordan 4 “White Cement” in 2016, “Nike Air” branding is back and in full effect.
This all began with the this is sure to be a hit amongst Jordan-loving guys and girls alike ’88 release in 2013, the shoe that trail blazed this retro branding renaissance. It seemingly sparked a creative movement within Jordan Brand that helped many an Air Jordan 1 High return OG branding to the tongue. And now it looks like “Nike Air” may be Michigan its way back to the Air Jordan 5.
