In their conference home opening win against Maryland, Pitt cruised to victory in a wide array of rare sneakers. Regular rotators Cameron Wright and Josh Newkirk were joined by normally consistent Lamar Patterson and James Robinson to create a killer quartet. An under-the-radar Nike NikeLab Air Force 1 Low 'Citron' and the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Pearl” were spotted, along with rarely worn Nike Basketball models. Pittsburgh solidified their sneaker reputation for another week, but other teams and players around the country did some showing out of their own.
