As a foodie and TV personality, Matty has built his name on discovering authentically local cuisine experiences at each of the Mens he makes. When our friends at HYPEBEAST met up with Matty, it was far from his first time in the Big Apple so instead of hitting a restaurant or returning to an old Terrex, he decided to show us how to prep some Japanese-style joy in our own backyard.
