The tidal wave that currently hovers over sneaker culture has touched land where Brandblack is concerned. Reworking its Aura silhouette to explore chunky construction alongside retro-fitted dad vibes, the Aura II is next in line among the many coveted “dad shoes” that both denote high-fashion sensibility and vintage sporting heritage.
Largely outfitted in leather with mixed materials that including breathable mesh and a smooth ankle collar that doubles as an inner bootie, bold and vibrant shades call back to ’90s blocking while a Vibram cushioned midsole gives the new silhouette a tall and widened stance thanks to its heavy layering and grippy traction centric outer.
