10 Air Jordan 1 Low SE Light Steel Grey Coming Soon Air Jordan 5 “Grape” was the most coveted retro on the market not named the Air Jordan 11. The shoe’s first — and at that time only — retro release in 2006 was incredibly hard to get and the market for non-Chicago OGs was red-hot (no pun intended).

Fast forward to the 2013 retro rendition of the “Grape” 5s and the Hornets earnings had been done to death with little to no appetite for the said palette. Bring it up to 2015 and we saw this once more with the “Pre-Grape” 5s, a said to be OG sample that never released. The navy upper served as odd and not as nice as the black nubuck pair, but still the idea of crate digging was welcomed if bald.
