Michael Jordan’s love for the finer things in life is well-documented, and now one of his toys further inspires one of his shoes with the upcoming Air Jordan 2 New York Knicks PEs “Ferrari”. The design of the Air Jordan 2 New York Knicks PEs was already originally inspired by the luxurious sports car, and now the influence is directly embodied with a fast style code. Composed just like the red Ferrari that MJ regularly rode, this rendition is covered in all-red suede on the upper. Carbon fiber constructs the bulging midsole, fusing with a black outsole to match the tongue and inner lining. A silver shank plate represents the pipes of the car, while yellow detailing throughout follows the famous Ferrari branding. The “Ferrari” 14 was originally stated by Nike to release on August 16th, but has since been removed from the release calendar.
