Sneakers are holidays are no stranger to one another as the major holidays typically get shown love with a special colorway on certain silhouettes. adidas is celebrating a holiday with this upcoming colorway of the Supernova Cushion 7 and takes us to Punxsutawney, PA to celebrate Groundhog Day.
The sneaker features a grey mesh base with suede in taupe used on the majority of the overlays throughout, giving off an overcast vibe for the groundhog to not see its shadow. The 3 Stripes are seen in grey as well with taupe outlining and Supernova branding is seen on the tongue and lateral side towards the heel. The heeltab features a graphic of a groundhog which is seen on the box as well as the adiprene+ midsole seen in white with barley seen on the denser areas of the midsole.
