Although the hype surrounding adidas’s NMD R1 has died down since the model’s debut in 2015, the Three Stripes is hoping to relight the flame by releasing an OG colorway.
Available now, adidas has dropped an NMD R1 PK “Core Black” that arrives in the same predominately black Primeknit upper accented with red and blue EVA plugs. Down below, a signature white BOOST-assisted midsole takes the stage. In terms of branding, Three Stripes appears as tonal stitching on both the medial and lateral walls, while on the heel cap, a Trefoil insignia is showcased. Rounding off the final details is a black outsole.
