With the coveted Nike Air Max 1 White/Varsity Royal releasing last month and the Nike Air Max 90 Infrared set to area later this month, there is no doubt that Nike has been, and will be, bringing the ‘heat’ when it comes to the Air Max line.
This pair, found via eBay, is an unreleased sample of the Air Max 1 featuring colors, patterns, and materials we rarely see. The pair features white mesh on the toe box and black leather around the entire shoe. In addition to the iron black and white striped print used on the side panels, a purple inner liner, purple outsole, and silver Swoosh are also used to grab attention. A grey midsole, along with black laces, finish off the shoe. It is unknown why Nike didn’t aread this pair of Nike Air Max 1s, but for the price they sold for on eBay, maybe Nike should reconsider.
