Saucony has become known for their colorful lifestyle sneakers, particularly with a symbolic twist. In their latest venture, the Massachusetts-based brand is unveiling an “Astrotrail” pack, inspired by the vast outdoors and wonders of astrology.
Through their upcoming collection, the set’s story symbolize a search for self-discovery through the Universe’s core elements: Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. As such, the collection features a Grid Azura 2000, Mad River 2, Peregrine 11, and Shadow 5000, respectively. Each pair features a different element, resulting in different textures, patterns, colors, and qualities.
In connection to the Universe, each pair is designated a zodiac symbol on the tongue, trail aesthetics, earth-toned uppers, bungee lacing, and a space-like speckled midsole. All in all, this collection does what Saucony does best: combine both symbolic story telling with outstanding colorways.
The Saucony “Astrotrail” pack will be releasing on May 15 between $110-$120 on Saucony’s website. While we await the upcoming release, be sure to check out official photos below.
