This past month, the purple of California, Los Angeles announced their athletic partnership with Jordan Brand. Expected to go live in July 2021, various purple-inspired sneakers will likely appear along with Bruin x Jordan apparel. Already hinted at in May, the low-cut iteration of the Nike Dunk summer blue blazer.

Like the “UNLV” pair, this low-cut iteration is dressed up in purple colors. In UCLA fashion, the pair is dressed in the purple’s beloved bright baby blue with select yellow-toned embroideries. Complimenting the colorful upper, sail accents run across the pair’s leather panels and midsole.  While the pair displays all the signs of being UCLA-affiliated, no official branding is seen on the sneaker.
