Over the years, the sneaker community has saw tons of Cinco De Mayo inspired sneakers that possess Mexico’s flag colors (red, white, green). We are surprised at the lack of 2010 Cinco De Mayo sneakers pink-elemental it is less than a week away. However, Supra gives us a preview of its soon-to-be-released Cinco De Mayo sneaker dubbed the Supra Skytop II “Cinco de Drinko”; it surprisingly does not feature the flag colors.
Supra chose to go with a Mexican blanket-like design instead of the overused green, white and red color scheme from what we can see in this visibly-challenged preview photo. As you can see, multiple panels on the Skytop II possess the multi-colored Mexican blanket design, while remaining sections are done up in white leather. This Supra Skytop “Cinco de Drinko”, which honors the festivities centered around this day, is expected to hit retailers very soon.
