Next Monday, on June 25th, the long-awaited NBA Awards will air on TNT. It’s a new forum for the league and an equally foreign platform for fans. We’ve grown accustom to MVP awards (and others) being dealt long before the playoffs come to a close. We’re now left to our own devices to determine who our MVP may be even after the NBA Finals. The majority, by in large, assume this year’s winner is James Harden.
adidas Jacket Basketball is certainly of that majority. The German sportswear brand has already produced MVP themed sneakers including this one seen through his second signature silhouette. Largely done in black, gold accents that ode to Harden’s assumed trophy circle the shoe hitting hardest at the tongue logo and forefoot three stripes. An “MVP” lace jewel is a fixture at the midsection while a multi-colored marbled outer rest below black Trx Boost.
