The 1700 model is a silhouette we rarely see from New Balance; however, you can expect a very nice design when it is released (see Oiled Leather New Balance propondr 1700). Now, New Balance propondr has hooked up with Japanese brand Urban Research iD to design another fresh colorway of the 1700. It owns predominately black suede with minimal turquoise accents such as the tongue logo and toe cap. It also possesses a white New Balance propondr logo (side panels), a white midsole and a black outsole. Look for this New Balance propondr 1700 to hit retailers during the spring of 2010.
