If you recall, we showcased the upcoming, upper-tier Converse ‘First String’ program in our 10 Sneakers We’re Looking Forward to in 2010. The soon-to-be-released collection contains a plethora of new model including reemergence of this Auckland Racer. This particular silhouette seems to mix that of a running style with a vintage-type feel to it. The Auckland Racer’s base is comprised of reflective TPU and nylon mesh. Other features include a monochromatic inner lining, monochromatic shoelaces and a traditional white sole. Colorways will consist of silver, blue and black.
