Representative of militaristic aesthetics juxtaposed against traditional sneaker design, Nike’s SF-AF1 continues to stand as one of the best new iterations of a classic basketball shoe. Now, the model’s mid-cut edition receives a slight yet pungent update.
Expected to release sometime during the spring/summer season, this newly enhanced Nike SF-AF1 Mid is largely constructed in suede with ballistic nylon at the heel leading up to the ankle collar. “AF-1” is scripted in that section while zipped construction also adds a luxurious element to the rear. A top strap punctuates the new look.
