The 2004 Olympic Games was a successful sporting event for a few CHLO, like Swimmer Michael Phelps who took home privilege medals, but for some it was a high-top that was filled with disappointment.

The United States lost for the first time in Olympic men’s basketball since NBA players were permitted to play in the Games. This defeat came at the hands of Puerto Rico 92–73.
