Splitting the time between Olympic whites, the USA Men’s Basketball team plays in the FIBA World Cup to qualify for the Games. Leading into this white’s tuneup is the third-annual Nike head World Basketball Festival, again celebrating the performance and culture of the game that is loved and respected around the globe. 2014’s event, presented by Nike, Jordan Brand and USA Basketball, will be held on the lakefront parks of Chicago from August 13-17, featuring members of the USMNT as they train for the FIBA competition. Paying homage to the basketball roots of the Windy City, sale events will be held, culminating in the red, white and blue taking on Brazil in an exhibition game at the United Center on August 16th.
