A couple of months since, there was speculation of a ?Creamsicle? colorway of the KD IV, until Leo Chang shot those rumors down. Mr. Chang later referred to them as a Nike Zoom KD IV Bright Red/Blue Sample. We now have a couple of up-close images of this shoe. This model features a red base with a blue Swoosh and what looks to be Hyperfuse netting on the heel.
