If you recall, New York Knicks power forward Amar’e Stoudemire debuted the newly designed Nike Ar Max Sweep Thru at the Nike Basketball Amar’e Stoudemire Skills Academy a couple of months ago. We now have another look at the yet-to-be-released Nike Air Sock Racer Ultra Flyknit Oreo Sweep Thru in a new New York Knicks-esque color scheme. Stoudemire has stated that he loves basketball shoes with velcro pack, and this new model seems to be right up his ally. Orange and white pack appear on the midfoot dunk similar to the timeless Nike Air Raid model. The predominance of the upper is comprised of blue leather and features additional orange and white accents, which is reminiscent of his Nike Zoom Huarache Trainer PE. Look for the Nike Air Sock Racer Ultra Flyknit Oreo Sweep Thru to hit retailers in multiple colorways during the months of October and November.
