No, this isn’t a “Lightning” Nike WMNS Air Jordan 1 Mid Purple and Black. It will however, light up the eyes of everyone around it. This limited AJ5 was produced?in honor of the Japanese enfant culture-honoring Tokyo23 tournament set to be held in Tokyo next month. It sports a bright yellow nubuck upper, grey accents and all of the signature silhouette features we’ve come to know and love. Naturally, an icy outsole sits underneath. In place of the Red-Black-Tech “23” foxing embroidery, Red-Black-Tech Japanese writing is in place. Our Japanese brethren will be the only ones with a chance to grab a pair, but you can get your connection in line if you’re really feeling this late April release.
