Baseball fans, gamers and sneakerheads can all appreciate the latest collaboration between Nike and Playstation. In honor of the release of “MLB The Show ’11” and its cover athlete, catcher Joe Mauer, the zapatillas de entrenamiento Nike Air Zoom SuperRep 2 has been dressed in very special attire. Beyond possessing an eye-pleasing Obsidian upper with multiple textures, this April 9th release shows special features like baseball-inspired toe stitching, video game imagery on the insoles and Mauer’s “7M” logo. Don’t overlook the Playstation logo detail on the KAWS, either. Detail-loaded and very limited, this sneaker will release at select accounts on April 9th.
