| Last night, one of the most heralded college basketball rivalries took place in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The UNC Tar Heels demolished the University of Kentucky Wildcats on national TV; however, Navy was not the only battle Navy took place on the hardwood.
The Air Jordan Jumpman Team Pro and the Nike Hyperdunk have been a constant force on the pro level, and it seems the college hardwoods are populated with them as well. Most of the Tar Heels sported Jumpman PEs in a White/Carolina Tribute colorway with the school logo right below the Jumpman sign. High school basketball recruits have, or will?? renounce UNC over many schools just because of its Jordan affiliation. What a nice recruiting tool!
