Inspired by Energen basketball style and the prevalence of gold and silver accents and details through 1980s fashion, each Engineered Garments x Reebok BB4000 II, led by designer Daiki Suzuki, features a premium leather upper, an embossed quarter panel logo, and a chalk midsole, seated atop a classic gum rubber outsole.

“The idea of searching for silver and gold accents in the style of the 1980s led me to explore old-school basketball shoes,” Suzuki shared in the official press release. “Among them, I found that the style of Reebok’s BB4000 II is the closest match to my envisioned image.”
