The “Rio” colorway, dedicated to his son Rio, follows up the J Balvin x Wiz Khalifa with the Air Jordan 1 New Love “Medellín Sunset” colorway with a stark contrast as an all-black upper and dark grey details on the toe box and heel counter overshadow the shoe. Like its predecessor, the shoe features a gradient yellow, orange, and purple color scheme on the mudguard and translucent heel tab. A vibrant orange is found on the inner tongue and the shoe’s outsole.
